We will visit your property once a month and check
the exterior for any damage. We will check assessable gutters and drains for signs of blockage. If on inspection we find any
damage or signs of forced entry we will contact you immediately, in the event of forced entry we will on your behalf contact
the police and get a report drafted up for insurance purposes, we will e-mail or post a report to you. We will automatically
visit your property after a storm or adverse weather conditions free of charge.
Fees are payable monthly in advance and for properties
outside a 20 km radius of Bubry we will charge an additional one Euro per km.

We will visit

If the water supply is turned on we will flush chains and run taps to check all is in order. If on inspection we find any
signs of forced entry or damage we will contact the police on your behalf and get reports drafted for insurance purposes We
will then e-mail and post a report to you. We will automatically visit your property after a storm or adverse weather conditions
free of charge.

General Garden Maintenance
We pride ourselves on having only the best people in this line of work and use
mainly local self employed artisans who we have negotiated special rates with so as to offer you a wide range of services
at a very reasonable hourly rate. Services include all aspects of day to day gardening including lawn care as required, all
exterior surfaces such as patios and driveways cleaned. This is a bespoke service and price will be quoted to you after we
have visited your property in order to give an accurate quote.
We also offer a professional landscaping service and will manage your project
for you so as to ensure everything runs according the plans set out in the beginning.
