Key holding services
If a Guest loses or misplaces the key to your property we can provide a Replacement Key Service, and we will also hold a key to your property in the unlikely case of an emergency. - All keys are locked away safely and signed in and out.

Property Checks
During your absence, we recommend that your property has at least a monthly check, plus extra checks during the winter and after severe weather.

There will always be times when your property be empty for long periods. - We offer a wide range of all-year round property checks, ranging from checking just the house, to including pools and all boundary fences etc.

Emergency Call-out
We can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for whatever reason, by yourselves or your guests.

Post / Bills
Throughout the year any mail can be collected and forwarded together with meter readings etc
